When Pablo Zabaleta handed his shirt to a Manchester City fan who had travelled to the Liberty Stadium, he almost reduced her to tears.
As the Argentine defender handed her his top, the hysterical woman clutched it to her face with an expression of disbelief.
She later tweeted a photo of her holding the shirt, this time with a huge smile on her face. But if Jen Warren thought her day couldn't get any better, she was wrong.
Zabaleta later tweeted the picture back, and wrote: "Thank you so much for travelling and show a great support to the team!! don't wash it haha."

City secured their place in next season's Champions League group stages with the 4-2 win against Swansea.
Yaya Toure and James Milner gave the former champions a two-goal lead before the hosts hit back through Gylfi Sigurdsson and Bafetimbi Gomis.
But City's quality shone through as Toure added his second and former Swansea forward Wilfried Bony secured the result.
